The creator of Kyokan Connections has been helping neurodiverse children, their parents and adults for almost three decades. When she said she wanted to include a lotus because it was something “beautiful that grows even from the mud”, I knew I had to take this project on.
I knew right away that this logo needed to be extremely clean and legible. I created many iterations of the lotuswith the thought of including it inside the O, keeping it from intercepting with any of the typography. Both fonts are kept simple and clean, with extra space between letters so they do not overlap. The lotus colors are alsoseperate shades of pink overlapping.
